For the last two years, in October, Wycombe Warband in association with the British Historical Games Society has hosted Roll Call, one of the important UK national wargaming competitions. Around a hundred wargamers from all parts of the country turn up and play, competing over the weekend for honour, glory, and some reasonably nice prizes. Games played at Roll Call have included Field of Glory, Field of Glory Renaissance, Flames of War, DBM, DBMM and others. We're very pleased to host this great event and we would love Roll Call 2010 to be the best yet, not only with plenty of games being played, but also with trade stands and maybe even demonstration games that the public can get involved with.
